With our service, you can keep or return any item. To exchange, just send back the item you don’t want as a return. That way, you won't be charged for the piece! Then, place an order for a replacement separately through our online store.
For exchange orders under $50, please contact the Rocket Scientists at help@rocketsofawesome.com to waive the $5 shipping fee.
The "Keep All" discount (8 items for $150) only applies to orders where all 8 original items are kept. The discount will no longer apply to orders where items are returned/exchanged and prices will be as listed per item. Promotion excludes tax.
