Your card will be charged for merchandise kept at the end of online checkout, which we ask you complete within five days of receiving the box.
If you forget to check out but still return your items before the deadline, that's ok. Once your return is checked in at our warehouse, you'll only be charged for what wasn't sent back.
If checkout is incomplete and the returns haven't been sent after five days, then we’ll automatically charge for all items sent.
