We ship subscription boxes once each season (four times a year) and always send a few emails ahead of time to keep you in the loop.
Head to your Manage Deliveries page when logged in to confirm or reschedule any upcoming deliveries.
Here's a rough breakdown of when we send each season's box:
WINTER: November, December, January
SPRING: February, March, April
SUMMER: May, June, July
FALL (Back to School): August, September, October
If no shipping timeframe is set on the website, then your box isn't scheduled yet! We'll reach out further on with a more specific timeframe, so be on the lookout for an email from us.
