Once your box has been assigned a shipping timeframe, we'll email to confirm. From there, feel free to reschedule for a different timeframe on the Manage Deliveries page.
Press the blue button that says "Reschedule" under your child's name, then select a new date range from the drop-down menu. Be sure to make any scheduling changes prior to the "Sneak Peek" preview, as we aren't always able to cancel an order once the Peek is reviewed. .
