The service fee for your box is often shown as "pending" on your statement. This charge will shift from pending to "completed" once your order is officially complete and shipped.
If you notice a separate pending charge on your statement, this is likely a part of our card authorization process. It's how we check that the payment method you've entered on the site is valid. We'll hold that amount as a pending charge but never withdraw it. The transaction is dropped shortly afterwards and the funds are released back into your account.
